Delete your SmoothOperator account

1. Sign in on this page with the Google account you use in the app. If you sign in with email and password, ask us by email (below).
2. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from the billing portal.
3. Press “Delete my account” and confirm.

If you only want to delete your history and keep the account, use “Delete my server data” in the app (Settings → Privacy). During the free beta that button is not available: email us and we will delete it.

You can also ask us by email at founders@smoothoperator.tech from your account's address. We do it within 30 days.

Deleted straight away:

• Your account: name, email and profile picture.
• Your driving sessions, laps, radio reports and conversations with the engineer.
• The app's usage data and AI counters.
• Your form answers and the messages you have reported.

Kept: the purchase record of your licence, because the law requires invoices to be kept (six years in Spain). It is unlinked from your account and deactivated. App downloads stay recorded without your name or email.
